Pakistan Petrol Subsidy 2026: Eligibility, Registration and Fuel Token Guide

A confirmation message will be sent from 9771 after successful registration and verification.
How to Get a Fuel-Relief Token
After completing registration, send:
TOK
to 9771 from the registered mobile number before visiting a participating petrol station.
An eligible user will receive a digital fuel-relief token by SMS. The token can be presented at a participating petrol station to receive the applicable discount.
Do not share your token, CNIC or registration details with an unauthorised person, social-media page or unofficial website.
Latest Changes to the Fuel Relief Scheme
Following complaints and operational difficulties during the initial rollout, the government announced several changes:
- SMS charges for registration and token generation through 9771 have been abolished.
- The previous five-litre-per-token condition for two- and three-wheelers has been removed.
- Eligible motorcycle, rickshaw and Qingqi users can obtain four tokens per month.
- Each token carries a relief value of Rs500.

What to Do If Registration Fails
If you receive a registration-failed message from 9771, check the following:
- Enter the CNIC number without dashes.
- Send the SMS from a SIM registered against the applicant’s CNIC.
- Enter the vehicle number exactly as it appears in the Excise Department’s records.
- Use the correct provincial or regional code.
- Enter the registration date in DDMMYYYY format.

پیٹرول سبسڈی کے لیے ضروری شرائط
درخواست دینے سے پہلے درج ذیل چیزوں کا ہونا ضروری ہے:
- درخواست گزار کے پاس درست کمپیوٹرائزڈ قومی شناختی کارڈ ہونا چاہیے۔

حکومت نے ابتدائی مشکلات اور شہریوں کی شکایات کے بعد اسکیم میں چند اہم تبدیلیاں کی ہیں:
- 9771 پر رجسٹریشن اور ٹوکن حاصل کرنے کے SMS چارجز ختم کردیے گئے ہیں۔
- موٹر سائیکل، رکشہ اور چنگ چی صارفین کے لیے پانچ لیٹر فی ٹوکن کی پابندی ختم کردی گئی ہے۔
