NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL) is inviting applications from highly skilled and experienced professionals for the position of Monitoring & Compliance Officer. NTL is looking to fill 3 vacant positions, with the job location spanning across Pakistan.
Job Overview
- Position: Monitoring & Compliance Officer
- Total Positions: 3
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years (5 years’ relaxation already included)
- Job Location: Across Pakistan
- Contract Type: Initially for 3 years (extendable if required), with a 6-month probation period
Educational Qualification
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (4 Years) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university
- Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC
Professional Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience is required
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance of the e-Sahulat franchisee network with approved policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Implementing monitoring and compliance mechanisms, checklists, SOPs, and reporting frameworks
- Ensuring timely follow-up with the regional team, franchisees, and stakeholders to resolve identified issues
- Analyzing operational and compliance data and providing periodic reports and summaries to management
- Monitoring franchisee performance and identifying trends, recurring issues, risks, and areas requiring management intervention
- Coordinating with the regional team to ensure smooth implementation of compliance SOPs
- Ensuring achievement of departmental objectives within set timelines
- Reviewing official correspondence, reports, presentations, and communications related to monitoring and compliance
- Representing the department in relevant meetings and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Performing any other duty assigned by the reporting officer
